Anikona Coffee – This is How We Brew It

I love coffee. I hope you do, too. There is a ritual that comes with making it and the smell is wonderful! While others are yawning and trying to get their days going, coffee is like cold water on your face and it helps to wake you up.

Aniko Somogyi, the owner of Anikona Coffee, had an idea of creating an automated French press and decided to engage with a UTDesign Capstone student team to create a working prototype. Embracing real innovation as part of their business model, Aniko had a memorable and positive experience with our students on their creative solution.
