The September Tech Titans Tech Industry Luncheon virtual presentation, sponsored by UTDesign Capstone, featured David Wagner, president & CEO of Zix. The topic for this month’s event was – “Developing a Learning Culture: Early Wins from a Work in Progress.”
Wagner led the discussion with examples of accelerating digital transformation from his experience.  He also shared insights on challenges faced while driving massive change in a corporate culture and successful methods for internal adaptation. The presentation focused on why continual learning is the key to success in technology and how to find constants in a world of change.

Wagner also spoke about the importance of building a learning culture and how elevating learning in a culture can empower your clients, partners and employees.  The event concluded with a discussion of actionable ideas and tips for transformation in our changing world. Every month, UTDesign Capstone, in partnership with Tech Titans, sponsors insightful events at the now virtual Tech Titans Tech Industry Luncheon Series.
